Could ultrasound replace CT scans for injured kids?

Summary
This study looks at whether a special ultrasound (contrast-enhanced ultrasound) can accurately find abdominal organ injuries in young children after a blunt belly injury, like from a fall or car crash. About 120 children under 8 years old will get both the ultrasound and a standard CT scan to compare results. The goal is to see if the ultrasound is a safe, radiation-free alternative to CT.
