First seen Mar 28, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 5 times
Summary
This study tests a combination of two drugs—cetuximab and interleukin-12—in people with advanced head and neck cancer that has returned, spread, or cannot be removed by surgery. The goal is to find the safest dose of interleukin-12 and see if the pair can shrink tumors by helping the immune system fight cancer. About 23 adults are taking part in this early-phase trial.
