First seen May 20, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 2 times

Summary

This study tests whether adding neck and eye exercises to standard ankle rehab can improve balance, function, and joint awareness in 38 adults with chronic ankle instability. Participants will be randomly assigned to receive either standard care alone or standard care plus cervical and oculomotor exercises. The goal is to see if these extra exercises lead to better ankle stability and daily function.
