Summary
This study tests a new treatment and screening approach for cervical precancer in 5,000 HPV-positive women aged 30-49 in El Salvador. The treatment uses a device called IRIS™ to burn away abnormal cells with a modified two-probe method. The study also checks if an AI tool can accurately spot precancer from images, aiming to make screening faster and more accessible.
