New drug combo tested for Tough-to-Treat cervical cancer

Summary
This study is testing two new drugs, called BL-B01D1 and SI-B003, for women with advanced cervical or other gynecological cancers that have returned or spread. Researchers want to see if giving the drugs alone or together is safe and can shrink tumors. The trial will enroll about 130 participants to find the best dose and combination approach.
