NCT ID NCT02321501
First seen Nov 10, 2025 · Last updated Jun 18, 2026 · Updated 32 times
Summary
This early-phase study tests a combination of two drugs, ceritinib and everolimus, in people with advanced solid tumors or a specific type of lung cancer (ALK-positive NSCLC) that has stopped responding to standard treatments. The main goal is to find the safest dose and see if the combo can shrink tumors or slow their growth. About 37 participants will take part, and researchers will also monitor side effects and how long the benefit lasts.
