Summary
This study looked at whether a home-based exercise and education program helps children with cerebral palsy recover better after leg tendon release surgery. Forty children aged 4 to 18 who could walk took part. The program aimed to improve movement, reduce pain and fear of falling, and enhance walking quality compared to standard post-surgery care.
