NCT ID NCT06330922

First seen May 09, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 3 times

Summary

This study looks at muscle and tendon problems in teens and young adults (ages 14-30) with moderate to severe spastic cerebral palsy. Researchers want to understand their risk for heart disease, diabetes, and chronic inflammation. Participants will have tests like ultrasound, strength checks, and blood work, and some will do a 12-week exercise program using special tricycles called Frame Runners. The goal is to learn how their bodies respond to exercise and what health risks they may face.
