First seen Mar 22, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 13 times
Summary
This early-stage study tests a new treatment called CER-1236 for people with certain blood cancers (acute myeloid leukemia, myelodysplastic syndrome, or myelofibrosis) that have not responded to standard therapy. CER-1236 is made from a patient's own immune cells, which are modified in a lab to better recognize and attack cancer cells. The main goals are to check safety and see if the treatment can shrink or eliminate the cancer. About 18 participants will be enrolled.
