New drug duo takes on tough myeloma

NCT ID NCT07280013

First seen Jan 05, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 23 times

Summary

This early-stage study is testing whether a new drug called cemsidomide, when combined with another drug (elranatamab), is safe for people with multiple myeloma that has returned or no longer responds to standard treatments. About 60 participants will receive different doses of cemsidomide by mouth along with injections of elranatamab. The goal is to find a safe dose and see if the combination can shrink or control the cancer.
