Summary

This early-phase study tests the safety and effectiveness of cemiplimab, an immunotherapy drug, alone or combined with other agents in Japanese patients with advanced lung cancer. The goal is to see if these treatments can shrink tumors by helping the immune system attack cancer cells. About 146 participants will be enrolled, and the study focuses on side effects and how the drug moves through the body.
