Immunotherapy after lung cancer surgery may keep cancer away

Summary
This study tests whether the immunotherapy drug cemiplimab can help prevent lung cancer from coming back after surgery. About 390 adults with stage II-IIIA non-small cell lung cancer who have not had chemotherapy will receive either cemiplimab or no additional treatment. The goal is to see if the drug extends the time without cancer returning.
