First seen Nov 10, 2025 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 25 times
Summary
This phase 2 trial tests whether giving the immunotherapy drug cemiplimab before surgery can shrink tumors in people with stage II to IV head and neck skin cancer that can be removed. About 44 adults with recurrent or advanced disease will receive cemiplimab to boost their immune system against cancer cells. The main goal is to see how many patients respond to the drug before their planned surgery.
