Summary
This study tests a new treatment for children and young adults up to age 30 whose leukemia or lymphoma has come back or not responded to standard therapy. The treatment uses the patient's own immune cells, which are modified in a lab to recognize and attack cancer cells that carry a protein called CD22. The study has two parts: the first checks safety and the best dose, and the second measures how well the treatment works. Both patients who have and have not received prior CAR T cell therapy can join.
