Summary

This early study tests a new treatment called CD19 UCAR-T cells for people with autoimmune diseases like lupus, vasculitis, and Sjögren's syndrome. The therapy uses modified immune cells to target and calm the overactive immune system. The main goals are to check safety and see if it helps control the disease. The study plans to enroll 24 adults aged 18 to 65.
