Donor immune cells take on stubborn muscle weakness in early trial
NCT ID NCT07243366
First seen Nov 21, 2025 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 20 times
Summary
This early-phase study tests whether specially designed immune cells from healthy donors can help people with myasthenia gravis that hasn't improved with standard treatments. About 15 adults aged 18-65 with moderate to severe symptoms will receive these cells and be monitored for side effects and changes in daily living. The goal is to see if this approach is safe and might reduce muscle weakness.
