NCT ID NCT06498973

First seen Mar 06, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 13 times

Summary

This early-phase trial tests whether combining two drugs—tagraxofusp and azacitidine—can safely prevent cancer from returning after a donor stem cell transplant in people with CD123-positive acute myeloid leukemia or myelodysplastic syndrome. About 43 adults aged 18 to 75 will receive the combination as maintenance therapy. The main goals are to find the best dose and check for side effects.
