Summary

This study tests a new drug, CBX-12, in 40 women with ovarian cancer that has stopped responding to platinum-based chemotherapy. The goal is to see if CBX-12 can shrink tumors and how safe it is at two different dose levels given every three weeks. Participants must have a specific type of ovarian, fallopian tube, or primary peritoneal cancer that is resistant or refractory to prior treatment.
