NCT ID NCT07247955

First seen Jan 05, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 22 times

Summary

This study tested two ways of delivering cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) for people with panic disorder that hasn't improved with standard treatment. 46 adults were split into two groups: one received traditional in-person CBT, the other used a self-guided app following the same 8-session plan. Researchers measured anxiety and depression levels before and after treatment to see which approach worked better.
