Can better sleep ease ADHD? new therapy trial for teens

Summary
This study is testing whether a type of talk therapy called Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) can help teenagers with ADHD who also have trouble sleeping. 28 adolescents will be randomly assigned to either receive the sleep therapy or continue with their usual care. The goal is to see if the therapy improves their insomnia, sleep habits, ADHD symptoms, and emotional well-being.
