Summary
This study tests a 16-week cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) program called the C.A.T Project for Pakistani teenagers aged 14 to 17 with moderate to severe anxiety. The program uses techniques like cognitive restructuring and relaxation to reduce anxiety and improve school performance and well-being. Fifty teens will be split into two groups to compare the program's effects against usual care.
