Summary

This early-stage study tests a single injection of CBP-4888 in 60 hospitalized pregnant women with preterm preeclampsia, a serious condition causing high blood pressure and organ stress. The goal is to find a safe dose that lowers harmful proteins in the blood, helping manage the disease until delivery. Participants receive standard care plus the study drug, and babies are followed for 2 years.
