New drug cocktail targets Hard-to-Treat cancers

Summary
This early-phase study tests a new drug called CBP-1019 combined with standard chemotherapy or other targeted therapies in people with advanced solid tumors that have stopped responding to treatment. The goal is to find the safest dose and see if the combination can shrink tumors or slow their growth. About 128 adults with certain types of cancer will take part.
