First seen Feb 06, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 20 times

Summary

This early-stage study tests an experimental treatment called CBG131 for adults with advanced stomach or pancreatic cancer that has a specific marker (CLDN18.2). The treatment uses a patient's own immune cells, modified in a lab to better attack cancer. The main goals are to check safety, find the best dose, and see if it can shrink tumors. All 18 participants will receive the therapy, and they will be followed for two years.
