Summary

This study tests whether adding cannabidiol (CBD) to standard medication (methadone or buprenorphine) can help people with opioid use disorder reduce or stop using illegal opioids. Researchers will track 450 adults over 24 weeks using urine tests and blood samples. The goal is to see if CBD can lower cravings and prevent relapse.
