New clot-busting tech tested in cancer patients with lung blockages

Summary

This study looks at how safe and helpful a computer-assisted vacuum procedure is for removing blood clots in the lungs of cancer patients. About 25 adults with cancer and a moderate-risk pulmonary embolism will take part. The goal is to see if the procedure improves quality of life and causes fewer side effects.
