New Light-Based cavity detector could spare kids from X-Ray exposure

Summary
This study tests how well a special light (near-infrared) finds cavities between baby teeth compared to standard X-rays. About 174 children aged 4 to 10 will try both methods and rate which feels better. The goal is to see if the light method is just as accurate and more comfortable for kids.
