First seen May 19, 2026 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study compared a new low-energy device (MICOR System) to standard cataract surgery (phacoemulsification) in 402 adults with cataracts. The goal was to see if the new method leads to better vision the day after surgery. The trial was terminated early, so results are limited.
