Summary
This study tested a special lens implanted during cataract surgery to help people see clearly at all distances without needing glasses. Thirty adults with cataracts received the lens in both eyes and were checked one and three months after surgery. The goal was to measure how well they could see far away, at arm's length, and up close, and whether they were happy with the results.
