Summary
This study tested a treatment for people with damaged knee cartilage caused by arthritis or injury. The treatment used the patient's own cartilage cells grown in a lab and then implanted into the knee. The goal was to see if it could reduce pain and improve knee function over 48 weeks, with follow-up up to 96 weeks. The study included 22 participants and was completed.
