NCT ID NCT07471789

First seen Mar 19, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 8 times

Summary

This study tests an experimental treatment called GYA01 (CART84) for people with acute myeloid leukemia (AML) or T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (T-ALL) that has come back or not responded to standard treatments. The therapy uses a patient's own immune cells, modified in a lab to better attack leukemia cells, and then given back through an IV. The goal is to find a safe dose and see if it can help control the disease, with close monitoring for side effects and response.
