Summary
This study looked at whether adding nerve exercises and gabapentin to ibuprofen reduces pain from carpal tunnel syndrome better than ibuprofen alone. 129 adults with confirmed carpal tunnel took part. The goal was to find a more effective way to manage pain and improve hand function.
