Hand pain relief: therapy vs. medication Head-to-Head
NCT ID NCT04285281
Summary
This study compared three approaches for managing carpal tunnel syndrome: a specific hand and nerve physical therapy technique, a medication called gabapentin, and no treatment. Researchers measured how well each approach reduced pain and improved hand function in 126 participants with confirmed carpal tunnel syndrome. The goal was to see which method worked best for easing symptoms.
