Summary

This study looked at how well physiotherapy, two different pain medications (ibuprofen arginine and gabapentin), and no treatment at all reduce pain and improve hand function in people with carpal tunnel syndrome. About 196 adults with confirmed carpal tunnel took part. The goal was to see which approach offers the most relief.
