Summary
This study tested whether a daily oral supplement called CaroRite™, made from carotenoids, can improve skin health and reduce visible signs of aging like wrinkles and dryness. Eighty healthy women aged 40-55 took either the supplement or a placebo for a period of time. Researchers measured changes in skin elasticity, hydration, wrinkle depth, and other factors using a special skin scanner.
