Summary
This early study tests a new device called CARLEN in 30 people with moderate-to-severe functional mitral regurgitation, a condition where the heart's mitral valve doesn't close properly, causing blood to leak backward. The goal is to see if the device is safe and works well. Participants will be followed for 30 days after the procedure.
