New therapy aims to ease the burden on caregivers of psychosis patients

Summary

This study is testing whether a cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) program can help parents and caregivers of young people with psychosis feel more prepared, less lonely, and less stressed. About 60 caregivers will take part. The goal is to see if the program is practical and helpful for those supporting a loved one with a serious mental health condition.
