New group therapy aims to heal the hidden wounds of healthcare heroes

Summary
This study tests a group program called CARE-MI for healthcare workers who may be struggling with post-traumatic stress or moral injury from their jobs. About 92 participants will be randomly assigned to either the program or a waitlist. Researchers will measure changes in stress, anxiety, depression, and well-being before, after, and 6 months later.
