Chemo heart risks under the microscope in lymphoma patients

Summary
This study followed 127 people with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma who were treated with a common chemotherapy regimen called R-CHOP. The main goal was to track heart-related side effects caused by the chemotherapy drug doxorubicin. Researchers measured how often heart problems occurred and also looked at how well the cancer responded to treatment. The study did not test a new treatment but aimed to better understand the heart risks in these patients.
