Summary
This study tests a procedure called cardioneuroablation, which uses a catheter to target heart nerves that cause a slow heart rate (bradycardia). The goal is to see if this can improve symptoms like dizziness and fatigue without needing a permanent pacemaker. The study will enroll 188 adults aged 18-65 with symptomatic bradycardia. It measures heart rate changes and quality of life after the procedure.
