First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated Jun 22, 2026 · Updated 22 times

Summary

This phase 2 trial is testing whether combining three anti-cancer drugs—carboplatin, paclitaxel, and ramucirumab—can shrink tumors or slow their growth in people with advanced non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer. The study enrolls adults whose cancer has progressed after at least 18 weeks of maintenance therapy with pemetrexed and/or pembrolizumab. Researchers will also monitor safety and side effects.
