Summary
This study tests whether eye drops made with stem cells can help people with dry eye disease and cataracts. The drops aim to reduce inflammation and repair the eye's surface. About 300 adults aged 18 to 80 with dry eye will receive the treatment. The study will measure tear film stability, tear volume, and symptom relief.
