First seen Apr 16, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 8 times

Summary

This early-phase study tests a new treatment called CAR70-BCMA CAR-T for people with plasma cell cancers (like multiple myeloma) that have returned or stopped responding to standard therapy. The treatment uses a patient's own immune cells, modified to attack two cancer targets at once. The main goals are to check safety and find the best dose in 20 participants.
