Experimental cell therapy targets aggressive blood cancer
NCT ID NCT07244380
Summary
This study is testing an experimental treatment called S101 CAR-T cell therapy for adults with T-cell leukemia or lymphoma that has returned or not responded to other treatments. Doctors will collect a patient's own immune cells, modify them in a lab to better target cancer cells, and infuse them back. The main goal is to see how well this one-time treatment shrinks tumors and how safe it is for patients.
