New hope for patients with Late-Returning lymphoma: groundbreaking cell therapy trial

Summary
This study is testing a personalized cell therapy called axicabtagene ciloleucel (a type of CAR-T) in patients whose aggressive lymphoma has returned more than a year after their first treatment. The trial aims to see if this one-time infusion can lead to long-term remission. About 45 patients will be enrolled and followed for up to 5 years to measure how well the treatment works and its safety.
