Summary
This study tests a new treatment called CAR-T cell therapy for people with a severe type of autoimmune anemia that hasn't improved with standard treatments. The therapy uses specially modified immune cells from a donor to target and destroy the faulty immune cells causing the disease. The main goals are to check if the treatment is safe and if it can help control the condition. About 15 participants will be enrolled in this early-stage trial.
