Summary
This study tests a new treatment for people with B-cell lymphoma or leukemia that has returned or not responded to standard therapy. The treatment uses special particles to deliver mRNA into the body to create CAR-T cells that target two markers on cancer cells. The goal is to see if it is safe and effective, with up to 10 participants receiving the therapy.
