Blood test may predict how long CAR-T therapy lasts in myeloma patients

NCT ID NCT07342179

First seen Jan 22, 2026 · Last updated May 17, 2026 · Updated 17 times

Summary

This study observes 60 adults with multiple myeloma who are about to receive CAR-T cell therapy. Researchers will measure a specific immune marker (TCF-1) in patients' blood before treatment and track how long the modified CAR-T cells survive afterward. The goal is to find clues that predict which patients will have a lasting response, without giving any new treatment or changing standard care.
