Double attack: vaccine boosts CAR T-Cells against tough lymphoma

NCT ID NCT05801913

First seen Mar 08, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 10 times

Summary

This early-phase study tests whether combining a patient's own modified immune cells (CAR T-cells) with a special vaccine is safe and possible for people with B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma that has returned or not responded to treatment. The CAR T-cells are designed to find and kill cancer cells, while the vaccine may help the CAR T-cells work better and last longer. About 15 participants will receive this combination therapy to see if it can be done safely and if it helps control the cancer.
