First seen Mar 07, 2026 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 9 times

Summary

This early-stage study tests a new treatment called CMD03, which uses specially engineered immune cells (CAR T-cells) to target a protein called B7H3 found on certain childhood solid tumors. The trial enrolls up to 9 children and young adults whose cancer has returned or not responded to standard treatments. The main goal is to check safety and see if the therapy can shrink tumors.
